Same Day Dispatch
All orders are dispatched same business day from our Melbourne, Australia warehouse.
Our warehouse team takes a much deserved break on weekends and public holidays, so orders placed on these days will be shipped same business days.

I ordered Sheet Society and Resting products how will they be delivered?
If your order is coming from our Brunswick warehouse you items will be sent out in the same shipment. Sometimes, we ship some of the order from our stores, and some of the order from our warehouse, in this instance you will be notified of the split delivery.
Can I change my shipping address or order details?
If you'd like to make changes, you have 60 minutes before our team gets your order ready to ship. This covers everything from updating your address to adding extra items or applying a missed discount code. Alternatively you can email us ASAP at resting@sheetsociety.com with your order number and what you need changed in your order.
Our warehouse team is super-efficient and usually send orders on their way as soon as it arrives in our system. Once an order has been dispatched it cannot be changed.
How do pre-orders work?
If a product is on pre-order, text will appear below the selected item with a ship by date to let you know when the item will leave our warehouse. The ship by date will also appear in your cart during check out.
To order an item on pre-order, add the item to your cart as per normal and once it arrives we will send it out to you.
If you order an in-stock item along with your pre-order, we will send everything together in line with the pre-order ship by date. If you would like us to ship the in-stock items separately, follow the instructions in your order confirmation email. Don't worry, there are no additional shipping costs when opting in for this option.
Do you offer Free postal returns?
Yes. Free returns are available for all purchases in Australia and New Zealand. You can do this easily through our Returns Portal for both online and instore orders.
