Yes! Free returns are available for all purchases in Australia, New Zealand, the US, Canada, and the UK. You can do this easily through our Returns Portal for both online and instore orders. For orders from our International store, free returns aren’t available — you’ll be prompted to contact our Customer Experience team for assistance.

We’d love it if you could, but it’s not essential. Taking your bedding out to feel and test is totally fine – we know hands-on is the best way to see what works for you. 

You have 30 days from purchase to return items for a refund, exchange, or store credit. Between 31-60 days, you can still return items for an exchange or store credit using our return postage. 

Yes! Returning items in their original parcel is an easy way to reduce waste.

Once you’ve slept in them, we can’t take them back for hygiene reasons. But we offer a Great in Bed Guarantee meaning we’ll always do our best to make it right, and help you fall back in love with your bed. Just reach out to our Customer Service team. 

We’re sorry to hear that! Please contact our Customer Experience team and include a photo of the fault — this helps us understand the issue and get a replacement to you as quickly as possible.

Contact our Customer Experience team, and we’ll send a replacement via express postage and provide a return label for the incorrect item — no need to wait.

Once an item is confirmed as faulty, you don’t need to send it back. Keeping, repurposing, or safely disposing of it helps minimise waste and keeps things simple for you.

Returned bedding is reviewed by our quality team so that we can continue to improve. We then donate usable bedding to a number of carefully considered local charities.
