Same Day Dispatch
Orders received before 3pm (AEST) Monday to Friday are shipped same day from our Melbourne warehouse.
Our warehouse team takes a much deserved break on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays, so orders placed on these days will be shipped the following business day.

Click and collect
Online orders can be collected from 3 locations in Melbourne. Our Fitzroy Store, Armadale Store or from our Brunswick Warehouse.
Orders placed for collection from our Fitzroy or Armadale store will be ready within one hour. You can pick up between 10am - 6pm Monday to Friday from Fitzroy, and from 9am - 5pm from Armadale, as well as from 10am - 5pm on Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays. Our store address information can be found here.
Orders placed for collection from our Brunswick Warehouse will be ready for collection in 1 - 2 hours and can be picked up between 8am - 5pm, Monday to Friday. Our warehouse is located at 35 - 37 Tinning Street Brunswick VIC.

Orders received before 5pm (AEST) Monday to Friday are dispatched same day.
