Q: Can I change my shipping address or order details?

If you'd like to make changes, you have 60 minutes before our team gets your order ready to ship. This covers everything from updating your address to adding extra items or applying a missed discount code.

Q: Are All Taxes Included in my order value?

Any taxes or duties are already included in your order value, this means no surprises at checkout or during delivery, we promise.

Q: How do pre-orders work?

If a product is on pre-order, text will appear below the selected item with a ship by date to let you know when the item will leave our warehouse. The ship by date will also appear in your cart during check out. To order an item on pre-order, add the item to your cart as per normal and once it arrives we will send it out to you.
