Shipping

If you'd like to make changes, you have 60 minutes before our team gets your order ready to ship. This covers everything from updating your address to adding extra items or applying a missed discount code.

Alternatively you can email us ASAP at hello@sheetsociety.com with your order number and what you need changed in your order.

Having had such a good sleep the night before, our warehouse team is super-efficient and usually send orders on their way as soon as it arrives in our system. Once an order has been dispatched it cannot be changed.

Any taxes or duties are already included in your order value, this means no surprises at checkout or during delivery, we promise.

If a product is on pre-order, text will appear below the selected item with a ship by date to let you know when the item will leave our warehouse. The ship by date will also appear in your cart during check out.
To order an item on pre-order, add the item to your cart as per normal and once it arrives we will send it out to you.

If you order an in-stock item along with your pre-order, we will send everything together in line with the pre-order ship by date. If you would like us to ship the in-stock items separately, follow the instructions in your order confirmation email. Don’t lose any sleep - there’s no additional shipping costs when opting in for this option.
