At Sheet Society, we’re on a mission to help you sleep well. It's why we asked our community to share their real sleep habits, struggles, and rituals as part of our first-ever Sleep Well Survey. The results? Eye-opening. We’re breaking them down below, along with a few of our favourite sleep tips to help you get your best rest.

1 in 4 people (27%) do not follow any consistent bedtime rituals or routines before bed.
