We accept payment via PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, Afterpay, Zip Pay, or credit card using Visa, Mastercard or Amex.

If you'd like to make changes, you have 60 minutes before our team gets your order ready to ship. This covers everything from updating your address to adding extra items or applying a missed discount code.

Alternatively you can email us ASAP at hello@sheetsociety.com with your order number and what you need changed in your order.

Having had such a good sleep the night before, our warehouse team is super-efficient and usually send orders on their way as soon as it arrives in our system. Once an order has been dispatched it cannot be changed.

If a product is on pre-order, text will appear below the selected item with a ship by date to let you know when the item will leave our warehouse. The ship by date will also appear in your cart during check out.

To order an item on pre-order, add the item to your cart as per normal and once it arrives we will send it out to you.

If you order an in-stock item along with your pre-order, we will send everything together in line with the pre-order ship by date. If you would like us to ship the in-stock items separately, follow the instructions in your order confirmation email. Don’t lose any sleep - there’s no additional shipping costs when opting in for this option. 

Our two core ranges, Eden and Eve, are made of 400-thread-count 100% Long-Staple Cotton and 170 GSM 100% French Flax Linen respectively. Read more about our fabrics in the Eden Cotton guide or our Eve Linen guide.

We only use natural fibres for all of our bed sheets. That being said, a few of our European Pillowcases do contain some polyester.

Taught to us by the wisest people we know – our mums and dads, check out our full guide to take care of your sheets like your mum believes you can. Otherwise, just check the card that was included in your delivery.

We’ve worked really hard to make sure that the colours shown on screen match what you're expecting to receive but we can’t make any promises. Please note that exchanges for a discrepancy in colour will be classed as change of mind.

We offer fabric swatches of our ranges so you can check and make sure the colours are what you’re expecting and will make your bed one you’ll dream about.

Our products are designed at our HQ in Melbourne and manufactured in China. We only partner with suppliers that have exemplary work environments that we would want for our own employees. We’re always thinking about how we can make our products better by thoughtfully sourcing our textiles, taking stock of sustainability efforts, and streamlining the process from idea to your bed and to the future ahead.

Sometimes we just can’t anticipate the amount of demand for our sheets and we sell out sooner than expected. If you select your desired option, a ‘Notify me when available’ button should appear where you can enter your email address to be the first to know when it's back in stock.

We sell both E-Gift Cards and Physical Gift Cards, and they both have a lifetime validity period. Gift cards are available to purchase in denominations from $50 to $500, in $25 increments.

Your voucher will be emailed to you with instructions on how to redeem with a voucher code, even if you’ve ordered a Physical Gift Card (select one or the other - no need to select both).

In 2017, Hayley and Andy Worley realised the bedding industry had hit snooze. So, they dreamt up Sheet Society in Melbourne, Australia. These days, Sheet Society is based in Brunswick, just outside of Melbourne CBD, where we do all our fulfilment in-house. We’re a company of dreamers who were tired of bed sheets feeling tired. We spend one-third of our lives sleeping, so we thought we’d make it memorable. Our collection of bedding, including bed sheets, quilt covers, pillowcases, and more, is available in trend-driven and timeless hues, designs, and fabrics. We don’t believe in being forced to buy bedding in sets, which is why we’ll always give you the freedom to mix and match pieces to suit your personal style. Aside from our best-selling bed sheets, we also offer a collection of bath products, sleep accessories, sleepwear, kids and baby bedding, and more.

Our retail store hours vary across locations; however, we usually operate 7 days a week and on most public holidays. 

Our online store is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week across Australia, New Zealand, United States, United Kingdom, and Canada.

If you need to get in touch with our Customer Service Team, you can do so via live chat, by giving us a call or by sending an email. Our team is available Monday to Friday from 9am to 5pm, and Saturday to Sunday from 11am to 4pm AEDT, excluding public holidays (because we’re sleeping.)

We’re born and raised in Melbourne, Australia. As of 2025, we currently have three physical stores in Australia - Armadale and Fitzroy in Victoria, and Bondi Junction in New South Wales - with a fourth store set to open soon in Burnside Village, South Australia. We bought as set each of the midnight and powder blue sheets and a midnight duvet cover. They are so lovely to sleep in, while the wide bands and extra depth make putting the fitted sheets on a heavy king mattress a breeze. They came beautifully packaged and I will definitely be coming back to Sheet Society for future bedding needs.
