This information is collected for the purposes of administering the promotion and fulfilling the prize. If we do not collect this information, you will not be able to enter the promotion or claim your prize.
We may share your information with third parties, such as lottery authorities and service providers who help us administer this promotion, for the purpose of conducting the competition, including prize notification and fulfillment.

Conditions of Entry
Participation in this promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
The Promoters are Sheet Society (ABN 13 618 285 886) and Luxury Escapes (ABN 16 150 650 927).
This competition is open to all Australian residents aged 18 years or older. Directors, management, employees, officers, and contractors (and their immediate families) of the Promoters or of any agencies or companies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter.
The competition commences at 12:00 AM AEDT on September 9, 2025, and concludes at 11:59 PM AEDT on October 23, 2025 (the "Promotional Period"). All entries must be received within this period.
How to Enter
To enter the draw to win, you must provide your name and a valid email address through the official entry form on the Sheet Society or Luxury Escapes website during the Promotional Period.
Winning Determination
This is a game of chance. One winner will be randomly selected from all valid entries received during the Promotional Period.
The prize draw will take place on October 24, 2025, at 10:00 AM AEDT at the offices of Sheet Society, 35-37 Tinning Street Brunswick 3056.
The winner will be notified in writing via the email address they provided upon entry within seven days of the draw.
The winner must respond to the notification email within 14 days to claim the prize. If the winner fails to respond within this timeframe, the prize will be forfeited, and an unclaimed prize draw will occur.
Unclaimed Prize Draw
The unclaimed prize draw will take place on November 8, 2025, at 10:00 AM AEDT at the offices of Sheet Society, 35-35 Tinning Street Brunswick 3056.
The winner of the unclaimed prize draw will be notified in writing within seven days of the draw being completed.
Publication of Winner
The Promoters reserve the right to publicly announce the winner's name. The winner's first initial, last name, and postcode will be published on the Sheet Society and Luxury Escapes websites on October 31, 2025.
If an unclaimed prize draw winner is selected, their first initial, last name, and postcode will be published on the Sheet Society and Luxury Escapes websites on November 15, 2025.
The Promoters' decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
Prize Details
The prize is a 3-night stay in a Three-Bedroom Villa at Samujana Villas in Koh Samui with an approximate retail value of $2,999.
A $1000 Sheet Society gift voucher.
A $1000 Luxury Escapes flight credit.
Inclusions:
- Accommodation for up to six guests.

- One in-villa Thai banquet dining experience.
- One house cocktail per adult per day at the Beach Bar.
- A dedicated villa manager and villa attendant available daily from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

Prize Terms
- The prize must be booked by April 1, 2026.
- Travel must be completed by June 30, 2026.
- The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be redeemed for cash.
- All room inclusions are valid for two adults. Any additional guests or activities not listed are at the winner’s expense.
- Blackout periods and surcharges may apply, including school holidays, long weekends, or special event periods.

Other Conditions
Entries are considered received when they are successfully submitted through the website's software system, not when they are submitted by the entrant.
The Promoters are not responsible for late, lost, stolen, invalid, unintelligible, misdirected, incomplete, or otherwise corrupted entries, nor are they responsible for any technical failures or transmission errors.
The Promoters will not replace the prize if it is lost, stolen, or damaged.
Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, the Promoters are not responsible for any loss, injury, cost, expense, or damage that may arise directly or indirectly from this competition, including, but not limited to, theft, fraud, technical malfunctions, or participation in the competition.
If the Promoters determine that the competition is not viable or cannot be conducted as originally anticipated for any reason beyond their reasonable control, they may, subject to regulatory approval, alter, suspend, or cancel the competition.
The Promoters reserve the right to disqualify any entrant they believe has not complied with these Terms and Conditions or may be undermining the legitimate operation of this competition.
By entering this competition, each entrant agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and the privacy policies of both Promoters.
