Style them your way

To help you make your dream bed even better, here are our top three tips for styling your bedding.

1. Throw on your pillows – then add a few more
   You can never have too many pillows. But exactly how many depends on the size of your bed. Double and queen bedding works best with six: four standard pillowcases and two euro pillowcases. A king or a super king can take seven pillows: two standard pillowcases, two king-size pillowcases, and three euro pillowcases. But if you want to add more or less, be our guest. 
   
   
2. Get a roomier, cosier, bigger quilt cover
   Some of our dreamers opt for slightly bigger quilt covers, giving their bed a nice overhung, lived-in look. Try a king doona if you have a queen bed. Try a queen-sized quilt if you have a double bed. And so on.
   
3. Layer your bedding like you do your clothes
   Why should your wardrobe have all the fun? Bring the same style and energy to your bedroom. Layer flat sheets with fitted sheets, comforters with blankets, and pillows with more pillows. Mix and match colours. Play with patterns. Dress it up or down. It’s your bed to make.
