Magnesium Chloride Flakes, Sweet Almond Oil (Prunus dulcis), Polysorbate 20, West Australian Sandalwood (Santalum spicatum), Tasmanian Lavender (Lavandula Angustifolia), Orange Sweet (Citrus sinensis Peel Oil), Lavender Maillette (Lavandula Angustifolia Oil), Petitgrain (Citrus Aurantium Amara Leaf/Twig Oil), Chamomile Roman (Anthemis nobilis Flower Oil), Sandalwood (Santalum album).

How it supports your sleep

It's normal to feel a tingle as the magnesium is being absorbed into the skin. If this is uncomfortable, dilute by adding more water to your bath, or use less Magnesium Flakes in the future.

How to Use
