Q: Can I change my shipping address or order details?

If you'd like to make changes, you have 60 minutes before our team gets your order ready to ship. This covers everything from updating your address to adding extra items or applying a missed discount code.

Q: How do pre-orders work?

If a product is on pre-order, text will appear below the selected item with a ship by date to let you know when the item will leave our warehouse. The ship by date will also appear in your cart during check out. To order an item on pre-order, add the item to your cart as per normal and once it arrives we will send it out to you. If you order an in-stock item along with your pre-order, we will send everything together in line with the pre-order ship by date. If you would like us to ship the in-stock items separately, follow the instructions in your order confirmation email. Don’t lose any sleep - there’s no additional shipping costs when opting in for this option.

During our sale, most orders will ship next business day from our Melbourne, Australia warehouse; however, orders placed on Sundays & Mondays may take up to 2 business days to dispatch at times.

Click and Collect

Orders can be placed online for collection in Melbourne within 1 hour from our Fitzroy Store, Armadale Store, Brunswick Warehouse, Burnside or Bondi Junction store. Our store address information and hours can be found here.

Orders placed for collection from our Brunswick Warehouse will be ready for collection in 1 - 2 hours and can be picked up between 8am - 5pm, Monday to Friday. Our warehouse is located at 35 - 37 Tinning Street Brunswick VIC.
